Friendly Community Reminders
To help maintain the beauty, safety, and compliance of our neighborhood, please review the following reminders:

Trash Service & Community Cleanliness
Guide for Placing Carts at the Curb & Cart Storage | City of Arlington, TX
1. Follow the City of Arlington guidelines for trash service. Trash containers should only be placed curbside no earlier than 7 p.m. the day before collection and must be out by 7 a.m., the day of collection. After collection day(s) bins must be properly stored out of public view.
2. Please help keep our community clean by properly disposing of trash, pet waste, and cigarette butts in appropriate containers.

Driveway & Garage Use / Parking
“Rules for Parking within the Subdivision” _ Page 49 of 53
1. Garages are intended for maximum of two (2) vehicle parking, not for long-term storage that prevents vehicle use.
2. Driveways – A car should not be parked overnight on a driveway or street unless two cars are parked in the garage.
3. Overnight parking on streets is not allowed. On any special occasion a homeowner is to have extra visitors on a particular day, the street parking can be worked out by this homeowner through cordial discussion with their neighbors’ affected in advance. Therefore, each homeowner is expected to arrange their guests/visitors parking in this manner.
4. Please ensure vehicles do not block sidewalks, fire lanes, or mailboxes at any time.

For additional details on community rules and regulations, please visit the Association’s website at www.sheridanatgeorgetownhoa.com and review Sheridan Covenants, Article 5, located under the “Governing Documents” tab:
